Vibration Training

During a training session you work on a vibration plate. Using this plate your muscles are forced to reflexively contract. It takes advantage of the particular effectiveness of each training method, while at the same time attempting to negate the shortcomings of that method by combining it with other methods that address its weaknesses.

 

Thermo Yoga

It is a mix of the authentic and the modern Yoga in a 37C temperature training room and in 70% humidity. It has muscle relaxant and highly detoxifying effects. You are going to fill up with pure energies!

Spine Yoga 

It is a mix of the authentic yoga and the modern spinal provision techniques. Not just against backache!

 

Body Contouring

We try to work all the major muscle groups after the warm-up tools (step bench, dumbbells, small ball, rubber band, large and small balls), but by focusing on problem areas (belly, thighs, butt). The hours are recommended for those who like and love the dynamic shaping classes!

  

Jointsfriendly Gymnastics

With a help of a big training ball we can improve our coordination abilities and the sense of balance. We strengthen the muscles next to the spin and the back. It is about the body shaping too.

 

ZUMBA

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training.In a 60 minutes Zumba you can burn 600 calories!
